Digital Adoption and Performance Lead

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to partner across functions. 10 plus years relevant work experience.

Our team is looking for a Digital Adoption and Performance Lead to extend our internal rollout of Iridize for our sales tools and to maximize it's use to as our digital adoption and performance platform. This role is critical to the success of our sales tool's users as it will define and drive changes to in-app training and assistance to make our users successful.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Cloud business. Previous experience in a customer support and/or selling role is a strong plus. This individual should have a strong background of coordinating across numerous organizations. Great communication skills at technical and executive levels are required. The ability to transform business processes into in-app adoption guides is a critical element to this opportunity.
The following skills/experiences are desired:
Proven User Experience (UX) background and success
5 years in driving adoption of web-based applications, including developing training and communication plans
2 years of using a digital adoption platform (e.g. WalkMe, Iridize, etc.)
Experience working with global teams
Familiarity with Oracle solutions (ERP, Sales, HCM), a plus
Ability to transform difficult concepts to users in simple and effective ways
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with different stakeholders and collaborators to rollout new guides and maintain existing ones
Experience in gathering user feedback in direct and web-based sessions
The following skills/experiences are a plus:
Strong background in web-based productivity tools
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with sale tools and applications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
