Serves as point of contact between key clients and all operational areas inside AIM.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Research and resolve provider data issues
  • Liaison between internal departments and the health plan
  • Provide support to the providers to resolve any issue related to AIM's programs, including Optinet.
  • Manage, administer and facilitate the activities of an internal cross-functional client performance team in direct support of assigned clients.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings in support of assigned clients, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Track and manage resulting actions, follow-up, accountabilities.
  • Work directly with Client Management Executive to prioritize and develop performance plans and initiatives in support of assigned clients.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to various levels of management on assigned accounts.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence and other written materials, including letters, memos, and meeting agendas/notes.
  • Effectively deal with issues of confidentiality.
  • Conduct demos/training sessions for the providers and the health plan.

The qualified candidate will have

  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience administering health insurance product deliverables such as claims processing, eligibility, and system interfaces;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as liaison resolving issues between internal departments, and the customer.
  • or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, presentation and listening
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
  • Proficient with office automation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
