Principal Accountabilities;
You are tenacious and resourceful with a high level of energy and have a hunter mentality. While setting high standards, you are able to change tactics on the fly and develop and maintain strong business relationships. For you, challenges are not unmovable obstacles, but achievable chances to make a difference. You're results oriented, always seeking the most innovative and efficient methods of performing simultaneous tasks. Utilizing these qualities you will achieve success as you perform the following Responsibilities:
Prospect and target new and existing clients
Identify/analyze prospect needs
Develop and present appropriate solutions to prospects
Prepare proposals based upon approved pricing strategies
Book sales and complete all associated paperwork accurately and timely
Work effectively with the operations team after the sale to ensure a smooth transition for the customer
Attain assigned sales goals
Monthly goal and sales planning

Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent in experience
Solution sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Motivated, goal oriented, persistent skilled negotiator

Operates with a sense of urgency
Works well independently
Requires minimum guidance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
