Hybrid schedule!RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR:
The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
The Accounting Coordinator will verify and post details of business transactions to accounts, such as AP and ARReconcile bank statementsApply received payments to accounts via wires, ACH, etc.
Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
